Grievance Redressal Mechanism

The company will maintain records in the prescribed format, including details of employees with disabilities, accommodations provided, training programs conducted, and compliance with accessibility standards, as required under Section 22 of the RPwD Act, 2016.
Review and Publication
This policy will be reviewed at least annually or as required to ensure its continued relevance and compliance with applicable laws. A copy of this policy will be displayed on the company’s premises (where applicable), published on our official website, and made available in accessible formats, such as Braille, audio, or large print, upon request.
